The Pearl Farm: The Second Generation

The James H. Pearl Kids

James H. and Rosa had six children, Mary, Rose, James A., John, Tom (my great grandpa), and Frank.

Aunt Rose was a single woman who taught school, and she lived in farm house most of her life.  Uncle Bob says that her room was the northeast corner room upstairs.

Tom married Florence Doyle Pearl, and they raised their six children on the Pearl land next to James H. And Rosa (later to become the Pearl Agency). Their house and farm was adjacent to James H. to the southeast.  My grandma was the oldest and was born on the farm 100 years ago on November 1, 1922.

Frank Pearl married Cecilia, and Frank took over the Pearl Farm when his dad, James H. died. Uncle Frank eventually moved to town before he died.
